The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Short walk to free bus service. Easy walk to CBD or Elizabeth Quay. Easy to get to Optus Stadium and back. Fantastic having a supermarket within the building but it is hidden in amongst the ongoing renovations. The breakfast buffet was great each day. The TV channels however were really disappointing with no movie or sports channels just the local stations. The longest we ever had to wait in 6 days for an Uber was about 4 minutes. I'd definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in a pleasant and convenient location. Rooms are comfortable, the foyer bar/cafe is elegant, the pool is great and the room service, security/maintenance and bar staff were all courteous and helpful.

very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming feel as soon as you enter into the main lobby area, nice rooms, restaurant and heated swimming pool
