Kim, the front desk staff, was very welcoming and helpful. Really make us feel at home.
After a long day trip, its nice to have friendly welcoming friend. Looking forward to visit again.

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy. The view was great, quiet, and the stay was overall good.

This hotel is in a great location, has very good sized rooms and has an excellent staff! It desperately needs updating and greater attention to cleanliness. But, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I liked the staircase in the lobby.
The lobby computer didn't work because of no WiFi connection. The staff really had no idea how to get it to work. Also had it worked it's using Windows 7 so it would have been slow. I would stay again when back in Oakland.
Just make sure you have a car for getting around.

Clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Spacious room with balcony. I had a great time.
