It's not bad. The floor needs a cleaning. Paper thin walls, but we were really tired. Breakfast is decent for a desi hotel.

Ahmed, Thank you for your feedback. Walls are not thin. They have double layers of backing with sound boards. We can’t make any thicker. We have new Flooring. Our housekeeping does good job cleaning. We are proud of Desi breakfast. We have 9 out of 10 score on breakfast. We are proud of our breakfast offerings. We are sorry you have not happy with our good service.

3rd time staying here. 2x a month i work in tjis area nice and clean great breakfast

The rooms were really clean and the ac worked perfectly. I had one of the back rooms so I didn't hear anything outside. The staff was really friendly and kind. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Its close to downtown palatka.
I do have to say that the carpet needs to be shampoo, and as a past hotel worker I know it can be difficult to shampoo the carpets but 1 room at the time during low season will do. 😁

Gabriela, Thank you for your comment, we are getting rid for carpet, we hare installing LVT flooring each room, We are almost done with 25% of rooms, in a months or so we will have all new flooring.

This Best Western is really a nice place to stay at. It's always clean and comfortable and a great breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful.

I was booked into a smoking room and am a non-smoker. However, I am pleased to the easy cancelation offered by the hotel.

Yes correct we offered you easy cancellation. we are glad you accepted that offer. we always recommend our guest, to double check your reservation details when you make online, if the room is SMOKING or NON SMOKING. We are sorry we could not offer you to move to NON SMOKING room, since were sold out of all the room.

It is literally a roach motel. Bed was infested with roaches. The staff refunded me and I had to sleep in my car since all of the other hotels were fully booked. Never again. Do not stay at this hotel.

It is a great location. We always stay at this Best Western everytime we come back to visit this area. It's very clean and we feel safe and comfortable during our visits.

Bug infestation. Owner is very rude and slimy. Extended two extra nights but on the second day mid-day got told to leave because i was smoking on the OUTSIDE balcony. And was told i was getting a refund because I didnt smoke inside the room. But on the "receipt" i was given shows two charges for the 15th and adjustment nowhere does it say refund witch im still confused as to why i was charged twice on the same day if the other night i paid for was charged on the 14th. Just be careful at this property they dont care about making customers happy only look at you as a dollar sign and keep it moving after that.
