Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
Terrible experience: shower is tiny and water floods everywhere. Two dead bugs in it. Pillows are small and extremely thick, as the mattresses are. It was impossible to sleep properly. AC working very badly: noisy and leaking water on our heads while trying to catch sleep. We left after one day, despite 5 night booking. Not nice losing the money, but we didn’t want to have our vacation ruined. Expedia agent was very kind and efficient to help us, we can’t say the same with the property owner. Communication was difficult as the lady at the reception doesn’t speak English. Wifi is sloppy. The place is quiet, though, with a nice balcony, outdoor space and amazing view. All in all, not recommended.
