The resort is located between a big seafood restaurant and a Karaoke bar, the noise and smell from restaurant which coming to the room and the singing noises from the bar made the whole place terrible for a relax vacation. Breakfast might be good for local people and some Asian people but if you are from other countries like us, you have not much option. We initially booked the place for 7 nights but could not stay there mire than two nights and left the resort without any refund.

Wonderful stay. The room was big and comfortable. The infinity swimming pool is great after a long hot day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended to do laundry and rent motorcycles from the lady across the road and explore the attractions in Mui Ne

Nice, quiet place with splendid views. A bit lonely, being the only guests in the resort. good offers for tours outside of the resort. Magnificent photos

There is always one that spoils the party, those party poopers are us!! We were so looking forward to staying after such good reviews...... Although we were late checking in - midnight, the person that greeted us didn’t even smile! We were swiftly taken to our room and left. The room was very dated and the arrival information made us scared to leave belongings in the room. The advice was to - “put all our valuables in the hotel safe” yet there was no one to take it at reception all day. There was however a lovely Canadian lady (teaching English to the owners daughter) who was as helpful as she could be but told us reception would be open later, it was 8pm before we saw anyone. We asked for help at 6pm but there again was no one. The internet needled rebooting all day but the lovely Canadian lady was unsure how to do it. The shower was desperately poor!! It took ages to get warm then when it did, it would just stop, again no one to ask. The bathroom was very dated also!! We couldn’t wait to get out of the place and stayed only the one full day. Again no one asked how our stay was. We have now stayed in many equally priced hotels across Vietnam and this was by far the worst. The breakfast was nice unless it was windy, there is no where to shelter from it and your food and beverages simply blow all over you! Not at all the rating it is, our worst £50 budget (per night) hotel by by far!!

As a result of your feedback, we are making enhancements to our staff training (especially for late night check-ins), our internet and the showers. We are also looking into a location for our breakfasts on windy days. The hostess was so helpful! Arranged a dune visit and taxi to station for very competitive prices! Rooms were very clean and the pool and scenery were stunning
