Room 1203 was immaculate it was better then expected it was clean nice place the only down point is the ac unit was a little noisy overall great experience 10/10 as of dec 28-Jan 02 2025

Property was under renovation. Restaurant and bar closed. No room cleaning during 3 days stay. Boom lifts and workers on the site all day.

Thank you for your feedback! room cleaning is upon request, property is not permitted to enter your room without permission. All construction equipment are located in a restricted area so it does not affect the guest or any personal belongings, unfortunately for big equipment's is not possible to keep out of site but it is located away from guests and guest cars in a restricted area.

This property is nothing like it is advertised. It is under extreme construction. There's no dining. There's no bar. The tiki bar out front is falling apart. The landscape is in need of serious repairs. There's broken pavement everywhere. The floors Creek in the room. They're uneven. I had bugs in my bathroom that got into my items, not at all. What is represented in the photos and description? Very dissatisfied

Thank you so much for your feedback! the property is under renovation as stated on all websites but the renovations does not affect the guest stay... The restaurant and bar are closed at the moment but construction has not started yet. The land scape we keep manicured until is replaced with the new concept of the hotel. Pavements color had faded from previous years but it also will be replaced to match the new hotel concept. All the rooms we have for sell are fully renovated including the floor from carpet to tiles. We also do monthly maintenance to protect all of our rooms from any creatures but we will relay this information to management.Best regards

Even though currently under construction, the property was very nice, calm relaxing, but had plenty of shopping and food options and beaches all within walking distance.

it is a bit noisy because of construction going on. Room is bit and clean.
