Exceptional service,I had an upgrade at a great price thanks to Kelly at the front desk. My ocean front premium suite was beautiful. What a view. The room is very spacious. It's one of the best resorts I've stayed in . Highly recommend. Every single staff person was extremely nice and serviceable. LOVE IT!!!

One of the restaurants/bars was under renovation and I wasn’t aware prior to booking. My room was off the elevator and if people were talking while waiting it was very loud in the room especially early in the morning.

The Pelican Grand is amazing. The pool, the amenities, right on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach every day, clean, fresh towels every day. Absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful is the perfect little getaway for me and my wife on our anniversary. There were awesome places to eat and walk and shop close by. Fort Lauderdale Beach is beautiful. It’s Miami Beach, with out all the 20 year olds trying to get wasted every night. Loved it and will be back.

Shuttle service was very disappointing. Property was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining options could have been better as far as variety options and very pricy. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others.
