We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! "The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island."

"I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. "
