"This is the second time that I’ve come to this hotel after having surgery in Chennai. The staff here is amazing, it is dog friendly, so I get to see dogs around the property, the rooms are very nice and contemporary, the food here is really amazing. When I’m back in the area, I’m definitely coming back!!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. "Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated."

The lighting in the breakfast restaurant is very dull and almost dark. 2. They give out toiletaries like its gold. Low quality wash gel and shampoo in the name of toiletaries. Also not enough of them. Had to ask every day for more...
