"The Lumina is a really nice place to stay. The reason i didnt give 5 stars is because for a one bedroom unit, they say theres a "pull-out" couch. There is not. There is a very short convertible couch that folds down. No mattress. So unless you are 4 feet tall, your legs will not fit because of the armrests. It was incredibly frustrating to assume there'd be a proper pullout couch with an actual mattress for an adult guest, and then realize a short couch was all that was available. They do not...

"Arrived at the property on a Saturday afternoon. My unit was on the 2nd floor. Found the door to the stairs locked, no code to open was given. The contact phone and email address didn’t answer. Ended up getting a hotel room in town for 2 nights. On Monday I reached the property manager office and received a code for the door to go upstairs. Got to the property and got upstairs to the keybox of my apartment. The code provided for the keybox turned out to be wrong and after contacting again got...

"We stayed one night in this suites. The room is spacious, spotless clean, double bed is comfy, with air-con, and a mini fridge to use. Towels and basic toiletries are included, but no hair dryer. It is a purpose-built property with five/six rooms, very new, and well look after by the host, it is not a hotel, therefore, there’s no signage and front desk. Remember to contact the host beforehand."
