Staff has no idea what hospitality is. Manager should be fired for how she talks to customers and trains her employees. This hotel doesn’t worth the price- dated rooms, cheap plastic cups in the room, no bathrobes. In addition, I cut myself really badly with large piece of glass that was in the lobby couch. And no one even apologized

Thank you for your feedback. As a General Manager, I pride myself on the delivery of excellent service. I understand you were upset with your stay and I had attempted to rectify the situation with you upon check out. Unfortunately, you could not refrain from name calling and insulting members of my team. I asked you politely to refrain from doing so and instead you began to insult and name call me directly. My team members had graciously extended you a 50% discount on the Early Check-in Fee when you attempted to check in at 7 AM on the day of your arrival when check-in is clearly noted as 4 PM despite checking in this early being against our policy. While we value each and every guest, I also value my team so I did ask you to leave the property as you could not stop your comments. Be well.

The grounds are beautiful but the room, especially the bathroom, was very small for the price we paid. No seating in room and very little space to congregate with other family members. No place in hotel or nearby for breakfast.

This place was amazing to stay at. The rooms were clean and bright. The bar was so inviting and fun. The food was delicious. I can’t wait to come back.
