This was convenient to the airport and airport car rental return. I didn't like that you had to pay to park at the hotel unless you were a member. They also could have had water for folks arriving in the evening (water tank was out) but they did have fresh coffee and water very early in the morning so that was appreciated!

It was a nice staying at Hyatt! Not too extravagant but decent enough for what you paid for.

2 blocks from the metro to get to mall of America and downtown! Clean rooms nice property! Shuttle service available!

Main reason i stayed here, again, was to use the shuttle and parking service. Wsd told it was full. She did not check with me for how long because the lot was not full. Will probably look elsewhere next flight time.

Hotel was nice, but No hand soap in the room. There is not a dining room in which it advertises. Wings, frys and hamburgers were your choice at the bar. Took over a hour to get our food, boneless wings. Instead of the boneless wings they were bone in. No ice at the bar. No coffee.The person at the desk this was very very rude. Will never stay there again.
The shuttle driver were absolutely wonderful. The only plus there!
