Mattresses had bugs went to front desk, asked for mattresses that had fully enclosed mattress covers and they were unable to provide. Did ask to be checked out as this happened right as we arrived and asked for a refund. Was given full refund and staff was helpful

We got charged more at the property by almost $300 more than what originally priced when we book the hotel. One of the reasons why we chose the hotel was for the price promo and we booked it early, almost 6 month in advance. If we knew that we will get charge this much we would have not booked on this hotel so we feel like we were tricked of a lower price just to be charged more on the actual stay. This is a very disappointing experience with the hotel and with booking through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and I was just told to settle with the hotel. I am not sure now if I will get refunded by the over charge.

Conveniently located within walking distance of MoA. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Conveniently located to Mall of America, airport. We did not use the pool or other facilities, but the hot breakfast was good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We were there on a weekend, and there were lots of families with children, which was nice.
