"This property is unbeatable in location, right on the parade (or “strand” if you speak American English), with unobstructed view of the water. However, I cannot think of a worse management team than the one I encountered in my multiple stays at this motel in recent months. The interiors of the rooms/chalets are under poor repair. Everywhere you look you see signs of neglect and apathy of Management. For examples, the curtains in the rooms are either way too long (dragging on the floor) or too...

" We initially encountered a hiccup because the door of our room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. Eventually we were offered a new room and we were upgraded to a different room. Although the new room was clean, there were some cellar spiders around the room. Wasn’t a big deal for us - just thought that they weren’t expecting for that room to be used so it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great experience. Love that it’s very tranquil. Will come back in the future. "
