"The hotel was rather quiet and under-used but as there was substantial renovation going on with the gym and spa/pool facilities this was understandable. The hotel staff were among the friendliest I've come across in a long time, nothing was too much for them in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My wife and I were seriously impressed."
