"For an older lodge, this place is great. Seemingly recent updates to rooms. Great water views. **Bed was less than desireable, but i have a tempurpedic mattress at home so i am a bit spoiled. Very Hospitable. Dog friendly, no children under 12. Visited in off season so very quiet on the week nights. Door county is a unique place. "Quiet, relaxing feel. There was snow so it made it a winter wonderland. We were late arriving, but the email was so clear on where to find our keys and room. Oh and the hot tub felt sooo good after being outside. The pool was very clean. There was a community space you could sit by the fire. You be we will be back again!"

"Nice room. Easy to get too. Pet friendly!! My only negative comment would be regarding the “after hours” phone number. We had a toilet issue, had water on the floor, and the only number given was for lockout service, otherwise leave a message. Went to office right when they opened in the morning and a service person was there in under an hour to take care of it. But we worried all night about the need to use the toilet. Would definitely go back. "

"We’ve had a really nice stay :) Upon our arrival we discovered we made “guest of the day” and received a goodies back with snacks so that was great! I love the little couch and ottoman bench in the room. The table and chairs are nice too. Fridge and microwave have both been useful. We actually ate our leftovers for once! A small but noticeable detail is the soft close toilet seat to prevent any slamming. These are just nice cozy rooms that feel like home away from home. Great convenient location...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very dated, bare-bones lodging but the staff was friendly. Free breakfast included a made-to-order omelette station. The restaurant was lively on Friday and the food was fresh and cocktails nicely made. It was an older, chill crowd overall that was staying there during our visit. "
