The hotel is in excellent location, just across the Northfield Train Station. It is kept immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. They need however to improve on their breakfast menu. It is a little bit spartan.

Spacious room and bathroom! Clean and comfortable beds. Location was perfect for catching the tube. The kitchenette was great for an easy meal after a long day of touring London. Will book again!

We stayed for 3 nights here, the bed was really uncomfortable and the room only fit the bed basically. Thankfully we were out and about all day as the property was in a super convent location, literally across the street to the Piccadilly line which brought us to central London and directly to the airport. There’s also some nice restaurants nearby but I wouldn’t stay here for any longer than we did solely because of the mattress. If you just need a place to crash for a few days when you’re travelling around the Uk then this place wasn’t horrible compared to the price of some other places.

Very tidy hotel on the inside. Staff were extremely helpful. Room that we had was clean and recently renovated. Outside the building looks very tired, however the inside, along with the lobby is a welcome surprise. Northfields underground station is just across the road. We did not experience any noise at night from the underground trains. Very positive experience.
