Took my money online & didnt give me a passcode for a room hung up on me everytime i called, I was stranded at 11:30 at night, Im a 69 yr old woman, I was scared😨

We apologize for such a mishap, our phone is automated so it is strange that it would hang up on you. Late check ins can pick their key up at the front desk when arriving after 9pm, our hotel does not accept reservations after 9 pm. I would suggest looking over your reservation with the party your booked with, as our records do not indicate a reservation, our hotel does not take payments online only reservation information, once again this must be the agency you booked with, we are only able to take payment when our customer is present. We hope to be able to serve you if ever traveling this way.

Did not stay there. I am requesting a refund. We arrived & did not actually check in as Mr. Johnston & wife were cleaning rooms. Mr. Johnston did take us to a room & said the key should be in the room & if there was no key in the room to let him know; there was no key. We left the room & locked the door behind us & went to ask Mr. Johnston for the key. No one could findMhim or the key. In the meantime his wife comes around & starts telling me that there was a form that had been electronically & I should have filled it out & submitted this form & had I done that I wouldn't be having this problem & my room would have been ready. I mentioned I had tried to send that form back & had a problem with my phone to submit form. She then proceeded to complain to the younger adults had the form been filled out I wouldn't be having a problem & those people who had done that had no problems, etc. I heard & mentioned to her again that I had tried. Regardless, at that point, her husband had already given me a room. All I needed was the key. At that point Mr. Johnston appeared & I explained to him what was happening. He got the key & at that point I told him even with the key issue I was still going to stay but was no longer comfortable with wife's treatment. He said I could get refund. Gave me his phone numbers. Check in was 3, there should have been a room ready regardless and he did get us in a room. Just needed the key. Didn't stay there, please refund. Thank you.

You arrived at the hotel, and showered, which immediately means you used the room, You locked yourself out of said room and got upset because you learned that there was not an extra key and I will concur that as you reached for things to be angry about, I was actually there for your arrival and know for a fact that you did not wait longer than 5 minutes for the room. You knew when you were taken to your room the original key had broke and you still locked the door. I could see refunding if you actually had never shown up and we would have been able to rent your room to a different guest, but this was not the case, you used the room, locked yourself out and never told anyone you were not coming back, so theres that. I vote no refund

The staff was friendly and cooperative. The mountain views were unique and beautiful. Morning waffles were delicious. When it comes to the facility, it is in need of repair and/or upkeep. No toilet paper or tissue in the gameroom bathroom. The staff laundry room (beside) the gameroom was unsanitary-disorganized. It left me with an feeling of uncleanliness. Carpets were worn and dirty. Tools, vacuums, miscellaneous like 'garbage' on and around the office. Car and trailer with lumber and tools blocking the front office area.

Hello, Ms Glenda, I am so glad you enjoyed the views and breakfast each morning. I do apologize about your experience in the gameroom, as we are repairing the balcony, adding the laundry room shelving and clearing out old items from the closets and building the new garden deck the lumber, tools and mess are necessary. We do have posted signs stating that these areas were closed to guests for safety reasons. We appreciate your feedback as we will have to re examine our methods of deterring traffic through this area. We assumed the large signs would be enough.

It is an older hotel. Pet friendly. It was quiet and the room was clean but the facility was obviously being remodeled and landscaped. Slept well.

It's an old Biker motel that has a lot of old-school character. They were in the process of renovating so things were a bit messy but it was quiet, and cool. Restraunts just a minute from the place and eagles nest is in-between red river and Angel fire, so there are groceries and gas in every direction. The owner was really nice.

Liked lake and stream fishing within 30 minutes- so so eateries not-cleaning service individual left room unlocked after service while away from property- no refrigerator in second room even tho property manager indicated they had in storage no ac in room , window ac unit did not fit in room one, no room door security bar or lock both units, window in room 2 fell off when opening for fresh air.

Once again, allow me to apologize that our hotel was unable to meet your standards, or issue the refunds requested. The communication apps are intended to communiate requests, questions and or problems. We send messages to our guests throughout their stay and you responded that all was fine. All of our hotel rooms have both a fridge and microwave in room as standard amenities to make our guests feel more at home. Our doors (while on the older side) have a feature intended for the security of our guests that make them self lock when the door closes. There is no air conditioning which is clearly stated on our hotels web page as well as all of our partner sites. Our building has an older electrical system that could not handle that many units all at once and I apologize you had problems with the window opening, we didn't realize that it was broken when the room attendant opened it while cleaning your room today. We hope that you allow us the oppurtunity to surpass your expectations on your next visiit.

No AC, beds not comfortable. Only saw 1 person working the entire time and that was at check in. Way over priced for what it is

For future referencer, our online page clearly states we do not have air conditioning units as our building having been built in 1989 has an electrical system that could not manage that many units all at once. Whether our staff consists of 1 person or 10, you're happiness is a priority and had you said something while on property to the one person you saw working we could have perhaps made your stay better
