Walls are very thin and you can literally hear everything happening in the hallways and in other rooms. Shower had no body wash or shampoo as listed, bottles were empty and had to request for some. Very pricey for what you get

I've stayed there many times when flying out of EGE. I accidentally booked a room on my phone not noticing the date, and booked it for a night two weeks after I needed it; so then booked the night I needed. Unfortunately I couldn't transfer the unneeded night to the night I was staying.

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Microwave in the room stopped working. Bathroom floor was dirty with other people’s hair and debris even though room service came through daily to take the trash and replace the towels - some of the towels had hair on them. The room itself had a stale water smell. The bed had a divot in the middle and was very hard.

Hotel needs a lot of work! Clean! Better towels! Mold on bathrooms !

Nothing fancy, with some fixtures and furnishings showing wear and tear, but clean and decent place to spend the night.

Very noisy people above us all night. Furniture needs updated. Mold on shower curtain. Very clean rooms and nice products in shower.
