Our flight did not get in until after the shuttle stopped running but the night rep had an uber come pick us up. She was super sweet and made ourvshort stay comfortable.

I was a bit disappointed there was no hot tub haha but otherwise enjoyed our stay :) oh and the make up remover packets in the bathroom were a god send. I also thought it was sweet you had the personal items if needed downstairs. I grabbed some toothpaste so thanks to y'all I didn't offend anyone all weekend 😂

The service was great, very kind young man. The only issue we had was the heat in our room would not go past 67.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Traveling with small children can be challenging, but the spotless rooms and quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The free breakfast was a hit with the kids—fresh, delicious, and plenty of variety. Its convenient location near MSP Airport and the friendly, accommodating staff made our trip seamless. We highly recommend it for families and look forward to staying again!
