Perfect (almost)
Posted 12 Jun 2022 on HotelsVery comfortable and professionally executed accommodation. The best self catering experience I’ve ever experienced in South Africa. The only issue I had was there was no sign of management during my two day stay. The staff that were onsite did their best, but not clear how the management works.

Nothing to write home about
Posted 5 Jun 2018The 5 stars must be self appointed. There is no way this is a 5 or even 4 star hotel. There are no facilities at the hotel except a swimming pool. You are shown the cereals and yoghurt for breakfast in the kitchen. You must get your own. You have to drive to the beach and pay to get into the beach area.

Hi Jan
We also have the fuzeball machine, ping pong table and in house bird guide as extra facilities. Our breakfast policy is a self help tropical breakfast as our guests and there is also bacon, egg and fresh health bread in the fridge - which guests are welcome to ask the staff to prepare. The beach entrance fee is not issued by us at the lodge - it is controlled by Ezemvelo Wildlife and we have now received special permits for our guests so that they will not have to pay this entrance fee.
We do hope you will visit us again and see that we take all our guests reviews into account and aim to better our services.
Many thanks
Taryn

Etape confortable

Posted 5 Mar 2018 on HotelsTrès bon séjour.
