Liked the location
Good selection and good quality breakfast buffet
Did not like the lack of English speaking staff
Would not recommend if you do not speak Polish or German
Free WIFI was not available - nobody could explain why!
Complementary toiletries consisted of 1 x 20ml shower gel, 1 x 20ml shampoo plus 1 x small soap per person - if you are staying more than 1 night you must take your own as these are not replenished. On enquiring we were told to buy toiletries ourselves.

Thank you for the time you took to write your opinion. We would like to point out that we are a Sanatorium facility without categorization as a hotel. Therefore, all toilet articles such as: shower gel, shampoo, soap and shampoo are given to our guests only on the day of arrival.
We do our best to have at least one English, Russian and German-speaking person on duty at the reception desk.

DON'T GO THERE !
Posted 6 Sep 2017 on HotelsI dont recommend to anybody to stay there. Not friendly stuff, no helpfully, no good buffet (breakfast) and no friendly kitchen crew.
I booked this hotel because I wanted to be close to the sea. I was but... in hotel Baltyk nr 2 which was in small building with the view for parking lot. They advertise as a room in the big, high building but was not (purposely misleading?).For the money I spent (a lot!) I was so disappointed. Plus people that have been working there don't know what is SMILE in customer service. They just dont care about you. I wanted to check in and the ladies were going left and right pretending they don't see me and didnt even tell one word saying "I will be back". I had to guess... My general opinion: not good hotel, expensive and I will never stay there again.
