Hotel is Nice/ Staff not so much
Location was nice and room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I am traveling for work and I am on the night shift I asked for a late checkout of 1pm and he just rudely replied, “your check out will be 11am”, and hung up. The next morning he called at 10:15 and said, “are you checking out”. I replied, and said “yes and I thought I had until 11am”. He yelled into the phone, “you only have 45 minutes left!” And he hung up. I actually still had 5 more days of work in this town and I moved hotels since this individual was as so rude. I travel a lot through here and this hotel was not bad until I had to encounter the manager.

The staff is very friendly however the room was not clean. Floor and tub were very dirty.

When we arrived in our room, the ac was off, no problem, but the small refrigerator had not been cleaned. The security latch, on the room door was broken, so we could not use it. Talk about feeling unsafe. Even though it said for our security to use both the deadbolt and the latch, we could not use the latter! During the night someone was riding through the property, by our cars beeping their horn, like a car alarm was being triggered. I was woken up multiple times due to this, the first night. No security, obviously. We had to ask for toilet paper daily. The toilet nor the tub was cleaned daily. The last night, we had to ask for fresh towels, wash cloths and floor mat. The main thing, that was very much an electrical NO NO HAZARD, was the light/ fan fixture in the bathroom. It had NO cover over the light bulb whatsoever!! I have stayed in several motel 6 before, never will I stay or recommend this one! It's poorly managed! I sure hope all Motel 6 aren't turning into this type of motels. I have pictures of all of the faulty things as well.

Property was nicer than expected. Room was very simple, served its purpose. No coffee in room, no amenities except a bar of soap. No tissues or shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Exactly 2 small bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. It did have a microwave and good size fridge but no icebox. Staff was polite. Slept better than we have this whole trip. Linens were dingy but clean. Room was clean.
