The property is showing some age but this is made up by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Isn’t only a 10min drive from Akaroa which has plenty of food choices.

Very warm and friendly owners. Lovely greeting which made us feel very welcome. Great location and lovely views. Very comfortable beds and had a great night's sleep. Great base for exploring Akaroa. Thoroughly recommend

Overall this unit was nice and spacey, it was clean, but there was some areas that could have a little more attention, there was no table for you to sit a cup of tea on in front of sofa, also only one bedside table, the linen and blankets very nice, and comfortable bed.
the location is a little bit further out of town, but is close to a pub for meals and drinks, also a little shop that also has a bar and simple meals.
The view from the room is great looking straight onto the waters. I would stay again but not sure if the rate we paid $190.00 a night was a fare rate.

Great location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Would have been nice to have more cooking appliances, but we used the shared BBQ. Still a very nice stay. Thank you

We loved the sea view from our room, lovely motel people, as you see rated everything excellent, would recommend
