I booked 4 rooms. I got 4 mails to check-in online. But the mail does not mention which poeple or reference it is. Online checking-in is not possible that way.

Excellent hotel. Really friendly staff, and right next door to the U Bahn for ease in getting around the city

I like that there was a park behind the hotel that had a ~1km flat loop around a pond, with plenty of tree shade, for my morning run! Also, there is a U-bahn (subway) stop next to the hotel. Only downside was limited dining options within a short walk.

Loved our stay at NH Dusseldorf City. The hotel is perfectly located for walking or using public transport to get into the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. Staff were really friendly and our room was ready early which was a bonus! Our only issues were our shower was very weak, and the mini fridge wasn’t cold, but other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Dusseldorf.

The television did not work nor the refrigerator. The bathroom sink drained slowly. Most staff seemed to dislike "foreigners". The only kind person there was a black lady who was cleaning the rooms. She was very considerate and helpful. Kal from the restaurant thought he needed to tell me that the bar didn't open until 10:30am when I was waiting for a coffee there. Talk about presumptive!
