We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, it was a perfect location to get wherever we needed to go. But our favorite was the scrambled eggs during breakfast. We're not sure what they do to the, but they were delicious! Great staff, super helpful, and the rooms were very comfy, exactly what we expect from Meliá hotels.

Very good location, close to main transits and city center. With a nice park right across from the hotel.

Imagine paying for a suite and getting a regular room instead. The hotel downgraded my room for the first night and refused to compensate me. They said they couldn't refund the difference, but after I insisted, they finally refunded a small amount. During my attempts to resolve the issue, one of their representatives was extremely rude.
