Poor service - we arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready but was advised I would need to pay an extra 39 euro to get in my room prior to 3 PM. This makes no sense. I then asked if I’d get a discount if I checked out early but was told no. I don’t really expect to pay less if I check out early but feel the extra charge to get in a room that is available is taking advantage of the customer.
Also, most restaurants in the hotel were closed during my stay - very inconvenient.

The food choices were terrible
With 3 restaurants and a bar I’ve tried them all and far too expensive for inferior quality.
