Staff was very rude overall starting at the front desk, the dishes were dirty and not cleaned, they never changed the sheets for the bed.

Our colleague at reception who checked you in and out is known for always being very friendly and courteous with our guests, and I would like to get to the bottom of this. If it would be possible for you, I would ask you to send me a detailed description of the colleague's behaviour to my email at pia.keiter@melia.com. Your linen was not changed as you had a Do Not Disturb sign outside your door, so our housekeeping was not allowed to enter your room to clean or change the linen. The stay was wonderful… everything was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job daily. I would highly recommend.
