Refund.

We were forced to check out after 1 nights stay due to the the hotel. I would like to request a refund for 2 nights stay at this place.

Dear Daniel, we are wondering about your Feedback! On Site you were very satisfied and pleased about our Hotel. When you checked out earlier you did not complained anything. By the way, where do you want us to send the kilt, the fragrance 5 single dirty socks, 2 undies, deos, lots of empty bottles of wodka? Best Sascha, Hotel Managerof course we will not refund!

Great hotel

The only complaint would be that there were no elevators. A small issue for a top floor room. The room was excellent though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the parking spots are tiny though. :)

Leider enttäuschend Der Aufenthalt im Dormero Hotel in Düsseldorf war leider enttäuschend. Das Fenster in meinem Zimmer war mit Klebeband geflickt, was weder vertrauenserweckend noch professionell wirkte. Die Blumenkästen vor dem Fenster sahen aus, als wären sie durchwühlt worden, was dem gesamten Erscheinungsbild des Zimmers geschadet hat. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch der Zustand der Dusche, die schon ziemlich abgenutzt und in schlechtem Zustand war. Aus der Wasserleitung kam zu allem Übel zeitweise schwarzes Wasser – ein absolutes No-Go, das auf gravierende Wartungsprobleme hinweist. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel leider nicht dem Standard, den ich erwartet habe, besonders zu dem Preis. Einziger Pluspunkt war das freundliche Personal, aber die Mängel im Zimmer sind nicht zu übersehen. Ich hoffe, das Hotel nimmt sich diese Kritik zu Herzen und verbessert die Situation.
