Nice contemporary hotel with good space. Description on Expedia led us to believe that there was hotel parking and EV charger. However the parking is under the hotel and is not part of the hotel. Also only 2 chargers that were very expensive. The hotel has an arrangement with another parking garage 500 meters away that is less expensive, but no chargers at all. Only other chargers are on street.

The area was convenient and close to the train station however a bit noisy late.

Great, large hotel in central Dusseldorf
Posted 20 Sep 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom.
Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available.
There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly.
I would recommend this hotel.

Nice location, just needed upkeep
Posted 17 Sep 2024 on HotelsOur stay was overall ok. Easy walk to the train, food, shopping and the old town. We stayed a week. The pool was out of service the first 4, and the workout equipment was out of service. Once the pool was open, it was too cold for us to swim in. Bummer, because we really wanted to have a gym, spa and pool to relax in. My partner got a facial and had a mild breakout. It wasn’t worth the rate because those important amenities we booked the hotel for, weren’t working. But the stay in the city was cool.
