"Great central Newcastle location stayed 1 night Friendly check in at reception easy online check out. Tv lounge bar good. Room good size and bed very comfortable. Only drawback was no onsite parking which couldn’t be helped due to its central location. Tip do a deal with Q car parks for above 24 hour stay as we had reschedule our plans to ensure we left the car park under 24 hrs to avoid unnecessary charges.as the car park was not available next day to continue to park. This was Sat/Sun 16/17 Nov - not a match day. "

"This is our third time staying here, the room this time was a lot bigger, the rooms are clean and well stocked. We ate dinner in the restaurant and yet again the food was excellent. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend this place to both stay and eat."
