A single room does not need two bedside tables, and if one could be replaced by an easy chair for when reading or watching Television that would be great.
Not a dog person so not particularly keen on dogs in the restaurant when having evening meal, but a minor thing they were well behaved.
Overall very good and will come again

Very clean hotel and friendly staff
Posted 16 Oct 2024 on HotelsStayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the housekeeper helped my mum upstairs with her bag. The rooms were extremely clean, so special mention to Fiona for this.
The hotel is handily situated for the town centre and train station. We ate in the bar both nights and the food was good.

Convenient for the train station and the town centre, but at the same time quiet and tucked away. My room was comfortable and I liked the incentive of a free drink in return for not having the room serviced.

Loved the quiet location away from center city but within walking distance of everything.
