Perfect for Durham visit
Posted 15 Nov 2021 on HotelsBrilliant weekend in Durham and this was a perfect place to stay. Far enough from the center to be too noisy but close enough to walk to the city centre and also the railway station.
The rooms were very clean, the beds comfy and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Good location, great staff

Good location, walking distance into town. The accommodation was clean but is very tired, needs a complete overhaul. The first room we were given didn't have a shower, the staff were good enough to swap our room with out question, however the shower in that room was very, very poor. Toilet made a loud noise when flushing, think its fair to say the accommodation needs re plumbing! Again although clean, carpets frayed, furniture tired. Upgraded mattress definitely needed.
