The toilet seat has black dirt on the surface. It looks unsanitary. If this cannot be cleaned well, the seat should be replaced.

Dirty, ceiling shows water damage, smelled terrible, toe nail clippings on carpet, stains, bed was damaged and had a large dip so it was difficult to sleep, marijuana smell throughout

I was very disappointed at check-in because I called months in advance and requested a first floor room with the refrigerator and when we got there with our 75-year-old Aunt the room was already booked so we had to go to second floor. Yes there’s an elevator, but it was much easier to have the first floor like we requested. Everything else was great. And I think they could offer a Continental breakfast that would’ve been nice

One particular front staff desk is very I don’t know. I think the word is unfriendly or I think that he’s the boss. He is not the boss. This is the one person that I had a problem with.

I had to kill a cockroach in my room and found another bug as well. The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. There was a blood spot on the pillow and holes in the sheets. The room was in unacceptable condition. I would like a refund and can provide photos of these deficiencies.

Traveling with a dog can be problematical but your hotel made it SUPER EASY. I will very strongly recommend this place to responsible dog owners. Hopefully, the irresponsible ones will pass you by. The front desk was extremely helpful and gracious. Breakfast surprised us -- good food and great coffee.
