The property refused to allow me to pay for the deposit with a bank card from my online bank. It is a legitimate bank and yet they refuse to allow me to use it to pay the deposit after I had already paid for the room through your site. I would like my money back due to the fact that nowhere on the site does it state that I cannot use a bank card from an online bank to pay for a deposit and I would not have booked the room. Had I known that

The location definitely needs an upgrade. The room had bugs in it; I seen at least two baby roaches. The curtains had mold or spots on it. Wouldn’t I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

Not kept up, customer service was low level, usually I stay at Hampton or Sheraton...was in town for a game, so I stayed at La Quinta...will not stay here again at this franchise.
