I was frustrated that the security deposit was not clearly stated in the reservation, the door keys were hard to use, the fire alarm had no battery and kept beeping before I replaced the battery, and there was no one to take my key when I left. Do you not have staff at this facility?

Refrigerator did not work. Front desk told my wife the light bulb needed to be replaced and the maintenance guy would replace it. The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not causing me to throw away dinner. Mirror or something missing from wall with the mounts still visible. Weather stripping visibly in need of repair on front door. Front desk person yelling at someone on the phone. Room phone not hooked up. No paper towls or kleenex in room. Person screaming obsenities in hallway after midnight. and again at 4PM the next day.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Worst hotel I have ever been to. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong (much smaller) room. We got that resolved. The hallway on the second had the overwhelming smell of cat urine. That smell never went away. We are a family of 5 and reserved a suite large enough to sleep 5…however we were only given 2 towels for 5 people for a 2 day stay. We attempted to get towels from the front desk, but no one was ever there working. The people staying above us were so loud. Sounded like several kids running around for several hours between 7pm and 10pm. Sleeping in my car would have been better than this. Please avoid this place!
