"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

"Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). "

"We had an amazing 3 night stay. The apartment was comfortable. Suitability for kids. Enough entertainment to keep them occupied. Seaview was amazing especially inbthe mornings."

"This stay was a complete nightmare. The premier room we rented has not done any maintenance for the last 5 years. The state of the room was dismal. complete rubbish. I will email photos on demand, take this property off your list"

"I needed a place near King Shaka Airport to spend a night after a long flight from Dubai and Umdloti is about the easiest and closest, so I booked online through Expedia and got a good price too. The waves that morning of the Thursday 4 June were the highest they'd been for years and the early morning view was wonderful. I arrived very late and the watchman had all my details and let me in. My only regret was not being able to stay longer, as I had to drive to my destination the next morning....

"Belaire Suites was beautiful. I had a corner room beach side with a wonderful view. My room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. Had both, a nice tub to relax in and a beautiful shower. It was easy to find, had parking in front, and everyone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The place was clean, i love white bedding and it was changed every morning, very comfortable, variety of meals in the morning and room service too was served well orders taken promptly and delivered to the room. "I traveled from Ghana to visit Durban only for me to get to the Albany hotel in Durban only for me to be told i cant check in until after two meanwhile I got to the hotel from the airport around 8 am I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me so I need a refund back because I didn’t even sleep there at all "
