Staff welcoming and friendly, The bed was confortable and big. I saw a cockroach in the morning - that was a turn off

Overall pleasing. The drainage system for the basin in room 16 and the shower closest to room 16 are very slow. They need attention. The staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and offer good service. Book out procedures need to be explained at the check-in time.
