Very picturesque property with nice outdoor seating area. Hotel set in a beautiful area.
Room very worn and in need of make over. Floor was lifting and bubbled and needs maintenance. Wifi was an additional charge and was the worst ever experienced! Did not participate in breakfast as additional charge, did not use the gym or pool area as additional charge. All quite disappointing at nearly £100 per night!

Bonjour M. Spooner , merci d avoir pris le temps de laisser un message . Pour le sol de la chambre , vous avez raison et il prévu qu il soit refait après la saison . Pour le reste je ne peux vous laisser écrire toutes ces bêtises car le wifi et la piscine chauffée ne sont absolument pas en supplément ! Je comprends par contre qu avec 17 degrés vous n ayez pas souhaité vous baigner .Cordialement .Vincent Blanchet .

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, restaurant exceptional.
Room clean with good facilities but very small with sliding door between the bed and bathroom which didn’t quite cover the gap and was broken so was swinging. Also walls very thin could hear everything !

I could not recommend it more highly. I travel a lot but this kind of hospitality is so above and beyond it’s worth writing and raving about. Thank you!

Nice respite in a quiet place
Posted 17 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe hotel was very nice, but the room extremely small. The bed was comfortable but small, maybe a double? Everything was very clean including the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome, breads, jams, egg, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and more. Very peaceful, great walking for the town of Duras.
We also had dinner, duck, and tuna. It was good but duck could have been more tender and tuna was a bit dry.
