all good except that hot water didn't work so had to take a cold shower

We liked the hotel very much, however, because of its location we had a very difficult time driving up to check in. We were able to see the hotel but circled the block numerous times before being helped by a garage attendant. Some direction on website would help those who arrive by car.

Great property. Only down side it was hard to find there door due to this being at a mall

This was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the food/coffee options in the shopping mall. Our bed and pillows were fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

We recommend it for the location it’s in the middle of everything dining shopping walking etc very safe too
