Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and the chocolate chip cookies are delicious. I wouldn't recommend 1st floor river view too loud. Location was perfect its minutes away from downtown and other highways

Enjoyed the stay. This wasn’t our first stay so was a little sad about a couple things…Was a little grossed out with the dirty sheets in one of our beds,& also stepped on a razor blade cap in the shower. The patio screen door was broken off when we arrived,& the closet door didn’t open.
Really wish the chlorine in the pool & hot tub wasn’t so strong.Maintence said nothing they can do about it.All my kids eyes burned severely after 20 minutes swimming. Next time we will be skipping the pool.

First time in Colorado and Durango! Very happy with this property offering complimentary coffee, spacious balcony rooms, and an ice/water machine. We vacation every Christmas as a family and stay at properties that offer much less. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!
