Its was a good stay for being our frist tome in Durango,Breakfasts was good. The staff that check us in was so nice and helpfull. the pool was a little dirty. Thank you

Upon arrival I walked into my room and immediately noticed 4/4 mirrors were dirty which I thought ok they forgot to clean those. I went into the restroom to use it and there was hair and plastic all over the floor. I asked a cleaning lady if that room was cleaned and she advised me “it’s only my 3rd day and I’ve noticed a lot of things like this happen here” and went in and cleaned my room. I was grateful and tipped her. Then that evening I opened the closet door to get the extra blanket and only to find someone else’s hygiene products in there so I grabbed the blanket to spread out on the bed and there was brown blood like fluids on it! They were not stains because I felt it rub on my hand in opening it…. All this made me uncomfortable thinking what else is not cleaned here!

The Comfort Inn worked out great fornour recent stay in Durango. The staff was helpful and courteous. We had a great stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that we got a ground floor room with our dog. Made it so much easier for taking her outside. Beds were a little firmer than I like but still slept fine. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, lemon and cucumber waters and 24/7 coffee.
