The door frame to bathroom was rooten at floor. The heater would not put out heat. Was not a handicap room. All they did was put a handicap bar in tub and called it a handicap room.

This property was terrible. It was filthy, there were random large car parts scattered in the parking lot. The front desk was never manned and when someone would finally show up, they were not helpful or friendly. We stayed only one night (I wish we didn't even stay that long), we checked out early and went down the street to a way nicer property. They also charged a $240.00 incidentals fee that they did not disclose. This came out of my account unknowingly. They never provided a receipt or any paperwork.

Dirty and in disrepair. Poorly done updates, electrical outlets not even screwed into the wall. Very poor lighting. It’s obvious that they tried to Spruce this place up. But it was done on the cheap.

There were repairs in progress and more that the room needed. I’m sure that I wouldn’t stay there again.

We arrived and there had been no hot water for at least two days. The person at the dest said it was to be repaired the next day (monday) They refused to cancel our reservation, talked a foreign language when we asked to speak to the manager, who refused to show up. We had to book at the last minute another hotel. Pool was closed and empty.

Holes in the floor, no hot water, room looks like there was a fire previously. Electrical wiring exposed everywhere.
