"My favorite place to stay in DC. The staff are always amazing. So friendly, professional and attentive. I did experience a few negatives this time. No room upgrade was offered and was supposed to be. I also had to ask about my Expedia VIP bar/restaurant credit. Slow on getting ice; wish I could get my own. One beside lamp didn’t work. But I will still be back! Can’t beat the high end service and location. "

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"-Check-in was seamless, staff were all very friendly and polite, the room was clean and had nice amenities (book to keep, water), the restaurant has great cocktails, and the breakfast options were nice -Floor layout was a little strange, water pressure wasn't great and it took a while for the water to get hot Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location that we can't wait to stay at again :-)"

"My stay was excellent, very enjoyable. ALL the staff was very friendly, helpful, and showed a genuine desire to make sure I was having a great experience. The room was very clean, the amenities were comfortable. I was required to pay an activity fee of $30 per night, but then I was given a $25 voucher to use at their restaurant for each day of my stay. The menu had many options that I found to be delicious. I will definitely return!"
