A real gem! Beautiful old Italian palace with modern touches. Outstanding location at walking distance from city center. Incredible breakfast and welcoming staff.

What a wonderful experience. First time staying in a palace. The staff was wonderful. They made me feel at home. My room was amazing. Very happy with my stay. Very conveniently located near all attractions. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Thank you again to the staff. God bless...

The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. The frescos on the ceilings were original, the furnishings an eclectic blend and very comfortable. During our stay the whole staff treated us very warmly and were always happy to help us in every aspect of our stay in Florence. I would encourage anyone to go to Florence - even if it just to stay in this magical Palace.

Perfect stay. One recommendation: the water kettle in the room is too small, I need to refill tea pot a few times. Everything else is all good.
