We had an absolutely lovely time. We came here on our honeymoon and they upgraded us the honeymoon suite free of charge. Literally the nicest people ever. Tingham is an incredible option if you're staying on Harbour island. Baby Ruby is a gem of a person. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and Juanita was very helpful. She helped us set up a great excursion. We loved the food and drinks as well.

Do not be deceived by the pictures! If you want running hot water, no noise at midnight and staff that truly care, stay somewhere else! We were supposed to stay 5 nights. Left after 2. Would never return calls or emails about a partial refund. Never ever again!!!

Mrs Brandt, We appologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us and our communication was not in a timley manner. We are a family owned and operated hotel and we welcome each guest personally. During your stay, we had other guest at the hotel hosting a birthday party which my staff expanined to you and other guests that the noise levels would be elevated but contained to an acceptable level; as well as ending in a timely manner. We aim to please our guest at any cost. If you were not happy, my staff are always directed to have you explain the reasons for your displeasure and do everything possible to accomodate your comfort. My assistant stated you wanted "explore other options on the island" when you checked out after 2 nights with us. We would have offered you a refund before you left if you had requested it, but you did not.Although we are very small authentic island experience hotel, we are extremely detailed and try our best to be sensitive to our customer's needs. We also take feedback of our services very seriously, thus we are saddened that your experience was contrary to our customer service objectives. It is with the sincerest of apologies that you were not pleased, and again, we thank you for your very important feedback.
