Bathroom Odor
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe staff was kind and the service was great, however, the bathroom had a very strong odor of mold/mildew. We changed rooms and the second room (still second floor) smelled the same - to a point where we kept the door shut and used it when/as needed.
We travel frequently and have never experienced such a horrible odor. Would not return/recommend as a result.

The staff was very, very good. We had a late check-in and the receptionist called us while still in transit and asked if we wanted the Dining Room to stay open. At our early AM check-out, it was before breakfast was open. They opened early for us for a continental breakfast and then served eggs, sausages, etc. In this era, INCREDIBLE service. We highly recommend the Waterfront!!!
