The location is right in city center, about 15mins walk from dunfermline city's train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

I have previously stayed in this property. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is good.

Did not like being locked in overnight

Check-in and out was very straightforward, room good size, bed comfortable. All staff were very pleasant, with the exception of one in the bar area, who dismissed our comment about the amount of sediment at the bottom of a small wine bottle as "that's the way it is here". Sorry, not our experience with similar size bottles.
