Central location, nice welcome from reception on arrival, clean and reasonable price but you get what you pay for as uncomfortable bed, only 2 lightbulbs in room working and no curtains!

Nice central and walkable location but most services onsite were closed. It may have been outside of high season though. Staff at reception was pleasant and helpful for registration.
Went with friend and got a singles room ... so we spent a bit of the evening in the room. It would have been nicer to have a larger TV screen to watch during the evening.
Otherwise, pleasant stay and friendly staff.

Windows not open, no ac available, only fan. Room required for 3, inclusing a 2 yr kid, just a double bedroom was provided, only 2 towels provided. Wifi and some essential info not available.

Good Afternoon Juliana,I have checked your reservation and you only reserved a double room for 2 people. I think if you had reserved a family room this would have been more suitable to your needs. There is a member of staff in venue 24 hours a day, we would have been happy to give you more towels had you asked.The air conditioning units in our rooms are very temperamental due to their age. Therefore we do not advertise that this is available. RegardsSandra
