Very nice hotel. It was my first time in Florida. The only thing was the soft beds. It’s just a personal preference.

Check all the boxes, very clean property, great location and very friendly and nice staff, Todd at the reception was very welcoming and helpful.

It took 2 times to get a refund after trying to figure out how to reach out since no phone # for customer service. I literally had 2 hours of back and forth with messaging twice and trying to figure out how to even start a conversation
